The NFS is not your average educational facility, here you discover what it is really like to work in the industry, we help ypu prepare for the reality of a career in the film and TV media. Tight deadlines and heavy workloads coupled with classroom tuition based on real life experiences are the norm.
Our goal is to see students progress to long and worthwhile careers in the expanding are of independent production, we aim to not just teach film making but to create independent film entreprenuers.
As the school continues to develop, so do the opportunities for students to present their work directly to working producers. Our new patron, Charles Band, will be casting his experienced eye over the work of students and giving a critique - an invaluable tool from one of hollywood's top independent producers/directors.
