SAE Miami has finished work on a new Green Screen Room for the Digital Post Production Program. Students are able to learn about compositing techniques and try out new ideas to help develop a new generation of Visual FX. Students are able to capture at 10-Bit resolution to a Apple Editing station Running Final Cut Pro and Shake. Complete control over the lighting in the room allows students to get a crisp "key" of their material in which to work on in post.
SAE USA was in full attendance at the 121st Audio Engineering Society Show at the Moscone Convention Center in San Francisco. SAE Miami graduates even traveled out to find out what some of the latest developments where in Audio Engineering, check out the new gear on offer, and also do some industry networking.
SAE shared a large booth with pro-audio mainstay AMS Neve which was celebrating it's 45th anniversary. AMS NEVE received two Technical Excellence and Creativity awards for it's new 88D console, as well as, drew much attention with a classic piece of Neve recording equipment. All in all, it was a great event for SAE and AMS Neve
