The Art Institute of Tampa's central location affords our students the opportunity to work for major corporations, hear speakers of international acclaim, volunteer for civic organizations, and enjoy all the culture and excitement a large city has to offer. Major league sporting events, major concerts, theater, world-renowned restaurants, and a cosmopolitan social scene are all within easy reach. The Art Institute of Tampa combines the vibrancy and opportunities of a large city with the warmth and friendliness of a small town with a strong sense of community and abundant opportunities to build lifelong friendships. Students are never too busy to spend time with one another and support their friends and colleagues both personally and professionally.

In the Digital Filmmaking & Video Production program, you’ll learn to navigate the digital landscape, including the worlds of video production and multimedia technology. You’ll combine traditional production techniques with industry related tools to shoot, edit, refine sound, and develop special effects. Graduates are prepared to seek entry-level employment such as production positions in Internet, broadcasting, and cable. This Bachelor of Fine Arts degree program is 192 quarter-credits and takes as little as 36 months to complete.
