More than just pretty faces, the film industry now requires and looking for talent, necessaries to complement 4 elements as production, facilities, distribution and exhibition, among many other features such as scenery, costumes, actors, actresses, and over all directors and producers capable of choose the elements necessary for a quality film. Is important take into account that around 9% of people in the film industry are from a Black people, Asian or Minority Ethnic background.
